My name is Matt Hutchins, and I’m a principal at CAST architecture. CAST will be leading the community design process with the help of a team of expert consultants that you’ll probably meet most of at our first design meeting coming up this month.
We’ll be posting information about meetings, feedback from the community, and soon have resources to comment on the design as it develops. Please feel free to use the comment threads below (just keep it on topic and civil, please). In the meantime, please pardon our digital dust as we build up the website with more features.

Thanks for starting this site, but perhaps you could provide some information (or links thereto) about the history and status of the project: how did the city come to purchase the property, how and when did CAST become involved, maybe the address of the property in question?
